The Department of Labor election supervisor Kathleen Nolan notified me yesterday: "We are still in the process of investigating all of the allegations that you made in your complaint." She had asked for an elaboration of one item concerning AAUP past election processes as compared to this ASC election and my response was provided last week.
Decision on certification of this ASC election remains outstanding.
